We had two interactions recently. The filter in our septic was broken. Called Wright plumbing and they said they were too busy at the time, but we were concerned about it filling up and having issues without the filter. Brian suggested several other plumbing/septic places to call, but none were able to help us in a timely manner either, and some not at all. We called Brian back and asked what he thought we should do. He said he was still too busy, but he stopped by anyway and took stock of what we needed and then called on one of his competitors who had a recent cancellation. They came and installed a new filter. Went out of his way to help us. The other one was the pressure gauge on our well pump which had a very small leak. Nothing urgent, so Brian said he would just stop by sometime to avoid a special trip charge. A week or so later, one of his guys called and said they were in the area. Replaced quickly and the price was very reasonable.
